By using Plat of Zion, you agree to these terms.
Plat of Zion displays public parcel records compiled by the Utah Geospatial Resource Center and county assessors. Boundaries are approximate and for reference only — they are not a survey, do not establish legal property lines, and carry no legal weight. Any lengths, lot sizes, or areas shown are estimates derived from that approximate boundary data, not survey measurements. Do not rely on the app to resolve boundary disputes, build fences or structures, or make purchase decisions without consulting the county recorder and, where appropriate, a licensed surveyor. Assessor valuations are not appraisals.
Plat of Zion is a one-time purchase charged to your Apple Account. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac. There is no subscription.
Records are shown as published by government sources and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect — including parcel boundaries, assessor valuations, owner details, zoning, and civic districts and their elected officials. Verify anything important with the relevant official source. Owner-of-record information is public record published by county assessors; use it responsibly and lawfully. Zoning, district, and elected-official information is for reference only; confirm current zoning, district boundaries, and office-holders with the municipality, county, or state.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made in reliance on displayed boundaries or records.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: State of Utah, USA.
